When we were throwing ideas around for their engagement session, Mary suggested historic downtown Alton, Illinois. I love shooting in downtown Alton. There is so much texture, and the buildings have great architectural details. There’s a fantastic mix of old and mid-century modern. I always find new and awesome places every time I shoot there.
They wanted to include their adorable pup Max in some of the photos. Mary’s brother in law accompanied us as the dog wrangler / dog walker.
Mary has the best smile, and I love how these two make each other laugh.
I can’t wait for your wedding next May!
