Irene + Michael
Boho Backyard Wedding
Wedding Day
Irene & Michael’s May Boho Backyard Wedding. The late spring weather was flawless for this outdoor wedding. They had a non-religious unity with some elements of Jewish wedding traditions incorporated into the ceremony. Both bride and groom chose a person special to them to speak during the unity. The speakers were beyond thoughtful and conveyed their firm beliefs that Irene & Michael’s future held great happiness. No doubt there would be many sore cheeks at the end of the day from everyone smiling ear to ear. That’s how infectious Irene & Michael’s happiness could be to those in their presence. Their wedding day was filled with deep laughter and carefree moments. Irene & Michael were able to just enjoy their wedding day. It is always a relief when the bride and groom are able to take more than one or two moments to enjoy their own wedding day.
The Details
Irene & Michael’s wedding felt like a whimsical and other worldly escape. This wasn’t your every day celebration. The personal touch and hand crafted details showered the guests with the feelings of overwhelming admiration for being invited to such an intimate event. I have a feeling that in the near future Irene might have DIY requests from friends and family. The decorations were absolutely amazing – everything had meaning. Even more impressed when I learned most were made The vast majority of this wedding was DIY. From the hand thrown glazed pots to the hubba the bride and groom stood under during their ceremony. That personal touch made every bit of their wedding day a unique and unforgettable gathering.
